Purchase Order RequestOpen each step. The dealer authorized to sell the unit is B&B by Premium Garage LLC. Once you have reviewed the steps and filled the form below, the Agreement will be sent already signed by our CEO.
B&B by Premium Garage LLC agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, the unit described below:
B&B by Premium Garage LLC is the lawful owner of the unit described in section 4 and will transfer title to the Buyer within 10 days after payment clears. The Buyer pays title, registration, and any roadworthy costs in their state.
The total purchase price for the unit is From the listing. All applicable taxes are included. Delivery is INCLUDED in the price. After this Agreement is signed, Sales sends the Payment Invoice with the escrow wire instructions. The Buyer wires the purchase price to the designated escrow holder, not to B&B by Premium Garage LLC. B&B by Premium Garage LLC is NOT the escrow holder.
The Buyer has a 7-day inspection starting at 9:00 AM on the weekday after delivery, as shown on the delivery receipt. During that period the unit may be used only to check condition — no more than 5 hours or 60 miles from the reading at sale, and it must not be put to work or altered. If the unit was not accurately described, the Buyer may reject it by calling or texting +1 (616) 284-1277 or emailing sales@premiumgaragellc.com before the inspection period ends. B&B by Premium Garage LLC covers return freight. If the unit is returned under this section, B&B by Premium Garage LLC refunds the purchase price in full within 24 hours. The unit also has a 6-month full-service warranty. The warranty does not cover physical damage after inspection.
After the 7-day inspection in section 7, the Buyer purchases the unit as-is, except for the 6-month warranty. Physical damage after inspection is not covered. This Agreement is the full agreement between B&B by Premium Garage LLC and the Buyer. It is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Both parties agree to the terms by signing below.

Sign electronically. Once you sign and agree, B&B by Premium Garage LLC receives the signed Agreement automatically. No scan or email is required.
Sales will walk you through shipping quotes, delivery / shipping, and the payment process if you already have a signed Agreement. Call or text +1 (616) 284-1277 or email sales@premiumgaragellc.com with questions about your unit.
Once we receive your signed Agreement, Sales will contact you and walk you through the payment process. If you request the payment invoice, you must give us an exact timeframe (day and hour). The bank wire instructions sent by Financial are only available for 3 hours — for security, and to keep the invoice information from being manipulated. Your payment goes to a secured escrow account, not B&B's account. We are not an escrow company. Do not send payment to B&B. That can cause discrepancies, a failed transaction, or a delayed refund.
If Sales has already notified you that the bank wire instructions were sent by email, we will also text you the wire details in writing. Do not share that information with anyone. Go to your nearest branch, fill out the bank transfer form exactly as shown on the invoice (put only the invoice reference number on the form), and send Sales a copy or screenshot by email or SMS. Once Financial receives your payment receipt, Sales will call you to confirm. You will also receive confirmation by email and SMS. The same day, we will notarize the paperwork, bill of sale, and ownership into your name for the 7-day inspection period, and provide provisional plates if needed.
